Parts & Service Person /Warranty Specialist -Full time
-Will report to the Owners and Business Manager
-Weekend rotation required

Essential Functions:
  • Providing excellent customer service to service department, counter & phone customers
  • Provides recommendation for sales of additional related or needed parts or accessories
  • Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; completes orders by communicating with customers on pick-up or delivery status.
  • Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; completes orders by communicating with service and sales departments
  • Locating and obtaining merchandise for customers, the service department or the sales department whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked merchandise
  • Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to Supervisor
  • Process and manage warranty claims and ensure warranty claims are done in a timely management
  • Process and manage repair orders
  • Ensure customers are offered and aware of all the accessories that are available regarding their
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays
  • Assists in keeping parts department, inventory and work area clean and organize
  • Assist in Inventory counts
  • Routinely lifts items weighing up to 75lbs
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Past experience with Lightspeed
  • Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport
  • Demonstrate understanding of the selling processes
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence
  • Experience using applications such as Microsoft Office, email and internet applications.
  • Willing to participate in education training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

Accounting/Finance Technican-Full time
Will assist and report directly to the Business Manager
-Some weekends may be required

Will assist and report directly to the Business Manager
  • Providing excellent customer service to all departments & customers
  • Timely and accurate processing of all tasks and communications
  • Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices
  • Assist with reconcilliation of accounts, year end and inventory counts when requested
  • Be adapt and capable of completing finance applications when requested
  • Keep office clean and orderly 
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays
  • Help monitor inventory
  • Keep online inventory postings up to date
  • Keep sales tags on in store units up to date
  • Assist in sales deals 
  • Handle lien payout quotes
  • General administration and office duties including answering the phone, filing, and organizing and cleaning
  • Run errands when needed
  • Be able to work some weekends
  • Will relieve the Business Manager when Business Manager is away on holidays
  • Assist the Business Manager on a general everyday basis
What we're looking for:
  • Past experience with Lightspeed would be a great asset.
  • Prior accounting and administration experience required
  • Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is essential in this role
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
  • Proficient Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Powerpoint, Social media programs and other internt web based applications in general
  • Strong initiative, punctuality and accountability to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
